Over the years, I’ve been studying about health issues, nutrition, and so much more. The most important piece of info I learned over and over is that we don’t need to suffer and that “we can know why” we have this or that issue.
My plan with this blog is to share every day things we do, that you can do. And I’m hoping you will share everyday things you do, that we can do. And, then as time goes on to share revelations about common health issues and maybe a few not so common health issues.
